These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms" or "this Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "you" or "your") and 77tez (referred to herein as "77tez", "we", "us" or "our") governing your access to and use of the 77tez online sports betting and casino platform, accessible at https://77tez.cam (the "Platform").

77tez operates as an international online gaming platform and does not hold a license issued by the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority, the State Bank of Pakistan, or any provincial gambling authority within Pakistan. By accessing the Platform, you acknowledge this fact and accept full personal responsibility for ensuring your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and any other relevant Pakistani legislation.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this Agreement.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a User on the Platform, enabling access to betting markets, casino games and wallet functions.
• "Agreement" means these Terms & Conditions together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy as amended from time to time.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds held in a User's Account wallet, excluding any bonus funds unless specifically stated otherwise.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, free spins or other incentive amounts credited to a User's Account subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Platform" means the 77tez website, mobile-optimised web application, and any related services operated at https://77tez.cam.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the currency of Pakistan, used as the primary transactional currency on the Platform where supported.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory or region in which access to and use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable law.
• "Responsible Gambling Tools" means the deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion mechanisms available to Users through their Account settings.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake or game round placed by a User on any sports market, casino game, live dealer game or other product offered via the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the verification process by which 77tez confirms a User's identity, age and source of funds in accordance with applicable international compliance standards.

To register and maintain an Account on 77tez, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout the duration of your Account:

1. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater. Attaining the age of 18 does not automatically render online gambling lawful in Pakistan — users must satisfy themselves independently regarding local legal compliance.
2. You must be registering as a private individual and not as a representative of a corporate entity, partnership or trust for the purpose of gambling.
3. You must not be residing in, or accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law, to the extent such restriction is known and applicable to you.
4. You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion or cooling-off order, whether imposed voluntarily through the Platform or by any regulatory authority.
5. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
6. You must not have had a previous 77tez Account terminated due to a breach of these Terms.

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. Creating duplicate accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information whenever it changes.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 77tez will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify us immediately at [email protected]. We recommend enabling any multi-factor authentication options available in your Account settings.

KYC Verification

77tez reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or when unusual Account activity is detected. Acceptable documents may include a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in Account restrictions or suspension.

By accessing the Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. The Platform is intended to provide online sports betting — including cricket, PSL, T20 leagues, ICC tournaments, football and UFC markets — as well as casino, live dealer and slot products to eligible users.

Your use of the Platform is subject to the following conditions:

• You will not access the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful, using a VPN or other circumvention technology to mask your true location.
• You will not use automated tools, bots, scripts or any software that artificially interacts with the Platform on your behalf.
• You will not attempt to gain unfair advantage over other players or the operator through any means not expressly permitted by these Terms.
• You will not engage in any conduct that disrupts, overloads or impairs the Platform's infrastructure or user experience for others.
• You acknowledge that gambling outcomes are inherently uncertain and that past results do not predict future performance.
• You acknowledge that 77tez is under no obligation to accept any particular Wager and reserves the right to decline, limit or void any bet at its sole discretion.

77tez supports PKR-denominated transactions where technically and operationally feasible. Payment methods available to Pakistani users may include familiar digital payment rails; however, the availability of any specific method depends on operator policy, your verification status and applicable local regulations. The mention of payment providers such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah on this Platform is for illustrative reference only and does not imply that those institutions endorse, support or approve of gambling activities.

Deposit Conditions

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set by the operator and may be adjusted from time to time without prior notice.
• 77tez is not responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider in connection with deposits to the Platform.
• Deposit funds are credited to your Account Balance upon confirmed receipt. Processing times vary by payment method.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method in your own name that matches your verified Account details.
• Completion of KYC verification is a prerequisite for withdrawal processing. Unverified Accounts may have withdrawals held pending document submission.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to review. 77tez reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal where fraud, money laundering or policy breach is suspected.
• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• Processing times for withdrawals are indicative only. Actual times depend on your payment method and verification status.

77tez may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, deposit match offers, free spins and other incentive programmes to eligible Users from time to time. All such promotions are governed by specific terms presented at the point of offer, which shall be read in conjunction with this section.

• Each promotional offer is available once per User, household, IP address and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions and time limits applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated in the relevant promotional terms. Failure to meet these conditions within the stated period will result in the forfeiture of the associated Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them.
• 77tez reserves the right to withdraw, amend or expire any promotional offer at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to hedging, matched betting with intent to exploit promotional terms, or creating duplicate accounts to claim multiple bonuses — will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
• Bonuses are awarded at 77tez's sole discretion. No User has an automatic entitlement to any promotional offer.

All Wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market or casino game. General betting rules are set out below; sport-specific and game-specific rules are published in the relevant product sections of the Platform.

• Once confirmed, a Wager cannot be cancelled, amended or withdrawn by the User, except where an in-play cash-out feature is available and explicitly offered for that market.
• In the event of a clear and demonstrable pricing error — including but not limited to erroneous odds caused by technical malfunction — 77tez reserves the right to void the affected Wager(s) and return the staked amount to the User's Account Balance.
• Markets may be suspended, voided or settled in accordance with event-specific rules where outcomes are affected by abandonment, postponement, walkover or other irregular occurrences. Cricket matches affected by weather interruptions — including DLS method applications — will be settled in accordance with officially declared results where available.
• Maximum payout limits per event and per market apply. These limits are set by the operator and may be varied. Where a Wager would result in a payout exceeding the applicable limit, the payout will be capped at the stated maximum.
• 77tez applies standard industry practices for the settlement of PSL matches, ICC tournament fixtures, bilateral series involving the Pakistan national team, and other international and domestic cricket events.

The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances and referral to law enforcement or regulatory bodies:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration, KYC or any other process; impersonating another individual; or using a fraudulently obtained payment method.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity, or to layer or integrate illicit funds through gambling transactions.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to achieve an unfair advantage in poker, live casino or any other competitive game format.
• Automated Betting Systems: Using bots, scripts, AI-assisted betting tools or any automated software to place Wagers, exploit pricing anomalies or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider for deposits made to the Platform without first contacting 77tez support. Chargebacks are treated as fraud and will result in Account termination and debt recovery action.
• Platform Interference: Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, scrape, overload or otherwise interfere with the Platform's systems, code or infrastructure.

77tez reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other policy incorporated herein by reference.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity.
• Chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the User.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.
• User request for self-exclusion or account closure under Responsible Gambling provisions.

Upon termination for cause, 77tez reserves the right to withhold any Account Balance pending investigation. Where no breach is established, remaining real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the User via an approved payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77tez, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the Platform;
• Technical failures, system outages, connectivity issues or errors in odds or game outcomes caused by third-party providers;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Losses arising from your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use is prohibited;
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing attributable to payment providers.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, user interface designs, software, game mechanics, bet-builder tools and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of 77tez or its licensed third-party content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent;
• Use any 77tez trade names, trademarks, logos or branding in connection with any product, service or content not expressly authorised by 77tez;
• Scrape, data-mine or systematically extract content from the Platform for any purpose.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 77tez is incorporated and licensed as an international gaming operator. The application of Pakistani law to this Agreement is not implied by the Platform's focus on Pakistani users.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you are accessing an international online gaming service. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the operator's licensing jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your place of residence require otherwise.

Users in Pakistan are reminded that online gambling may be restricted or prohibited under Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. 77tez does not provide legal advice, and this section does not constitute a representation that use of the Platform is lawful in Pakistan.

77tez reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by posting an updated version of these Terms on this page with a revised effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Your continued access to or use of the Platform following the posting of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and contact support to close your Account.
